The communication you gave was amazing, every couple of days making sure I was on set for the week, anything I struggled with such as workouts you would help me on when we had sessions. The workouts with your app were great as they videos with explanations.
Over the 4 months I dropped weight whilst becoming leaner especially around the ab section I noticed a change there.
I was struggling with a proper plan with eating and training meaning I was consistent. Corey stripped it all back teaching me not only to plan workouts but also helped me with my diet in what I can and cannot eat in the day to reach my goals.”

Before joining the program I was in a really dark place, days before I was in the hospital for attempting to take my own life. I quite literally could not have been in a worse place.
The biggest thing I have achieved is stability, Corey allowed me to do a lot more than just get fitter, helped me to balance my work with my health along with helping improve my day-to-day happiness. I'm now happier with the way I look, I'm back to my job and am now more hopeful for the future.
Now I just feel happier, I'm not the greatest when it comes to sticking to the program, I ALWAYS forget to track my calories but the support is always there regardless. You don't need to be the perfect student in order to see massive results.
Money was definitely the biggest thing. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to afford the program on top of other outgoings. But once I started and stopped spending money on eating out all the time, and drinking way too often, the costs balanced themselves out
Absolutely, the program doesn't just help you with the gym but helps you really balance out your day-to-day life.

I've been working with Corey for around 6 months now. During this time Corey has been brilliant, he's taught me alot and is always trying to cram as much as possible in the sessions we have.
I've gone from being a complete gym newbie to having a good understanding of what I'm doing and why I'm doing it. Anytime I've been unsure or unhappy with an element of my training Corey has been quick to jump in and fix the issue. Overall I honestly can't say anything bad about my time so far and would highly recommend Corey as a coach.
Always trying to cram more information and substance into each session and check in. Very quick at changing up the program to suit my needs or if you think it'll help. Haven't shied away from any questions or concerns.

Before I started my journey with Corey. My mindset was very much about what the scales said. With Corey's coaching and knowledge, I have come to understand it is not all about the scales.
Corey has helped me understand my body better and what food is better for me. I have a lot more confidence it myself and my ability to continue on the path that we have started.

I'm not going to lie, I was a bit anxious and worried that I was wasting my money as I wouldn't be able to stick to it. I could go to the gym 3 days a week with no problem but my diet wasn't good enough, I'd already lost 2 stone on my own but I'd hit a wall.
Since joining the program I've learned so much about personal development, how to look after myself, and improve every area of my mental health and my life.
I took control of my eating, starting gyming 4 days a week and really taking control of my life, I lost another 2 stone and I've never felt better or fitter!
At the start I could barely run down the road without being exhausted, by the end I had run my first 10k and completed the Bristol 10k and now I'm training for 2 half marathons and maybe a full one! I've never felt better or more confident in myself and I'm enjoying life to the fullest again.
I couldn't recommend the program highly enough, if you want to change your life and your body and feel good during and after then you have to give it a go. I'm not just saying this, as I'm not one to usually give reviews but truly it has been amazing you may feel anxious or nervous at first but what have you got to lose, Your health is the most important thing!

Before joining the program, I didn't have any 'get up and go'. I was working all hours I could, I had no social life, and everything I did felt like a chore, and was met with a feeling of dread. Although at the time I didn't realize it, my mental health was at an all-time low too and I was incredibly unhealthy and physically very unfit. I dreaded the thought of doing any exercise too.
I gave all my time to others and left nothing for myself. My confidence in myself and my self-esteem was at its lowest level.
Since starting the program, every aspect of my life has changed. I have not been this fit in my 45 years. I am the thinnest I have been ever - going from a 40-inch waist to between a 32-34-inch waist, I have abs for the first time in my life and I look forward to my time in the gym.
I was apprehensive at first about having a Personal Coach as I didn't understand how it all worked.
Before starting, my attitude was very much a 'can't do' one - this has been totally reversed and is now a 'can do/will do' attitude.
I would recommend the program to anyone who is thinking about starting a journey to a better 'you'. It is the best thing I have ever done. I know that I wouldn't be where I am today without the guidance and support I have received. It does take hard work and commitment but the benefits far outweigh this. I have absolutely no regrets and am so glad I took the bull by the horns when I did.

Before the program, I felt low and my self-esteem when it came to my body was dead in the mud. since training with/under corey and his guidance I’ve gained so much confidence in the gym and ventured to parts of it I’d never have set foot in at the start.
I feel way better about myself, I feel leaner and closer to my physical goals & my confidence is starting to go back up! when I started I was so worried and hesitant about going into the free weight section of the gym and doing exercises there alone but corey has taught me so much and I feel comfortable in that section of the gym now.

When I first started the program I was eating loads of junk food, and had a lack of sleep my mood was also over the place, and was very confident about joining the gym.

Before joining, I was uncomfortable in my clothes and in my skin. I was embarrassed at my uniform fitting that I was big again. My jacket was tight, and I didn’t want to be seen in it. I felt Sluggish, out of control of my health, I was struggling to wrestle back into line some vices that I didn’t want to become habits again. I wanted to help to forge sustainable healthy habits and stop the yo-yo between being obsessed with the scales vs always seeking instant gratification.
Working with Corey has helped me achieve 10kg of weight loss in 14 weeks in a manageable way. I have built habits that align with my short and long-term goals. I have learned more about looking after my body and strategies to change it. Specifically adapted to my work and lifestyle. I have a longer-term and big-picture view that considers all life offers.
I feel more confident in my clothes and skin. I feel proud to wear my uniform and happy at the beach. I think being in control of myself is the biggest win for my confidence. We all have different journeys, and I enjoy my body, and I’m able to master better the dichotomy of seeking self-improvement and loving myself as I am.
My concerns before were time commitment and being concerned it wouldn’t be flexible enough to fit my work patterns or require always being in a gym for workouts. In the end, Corey has found solutions to challenges such as lacking equipment, shift work, physical needs, etc, from his skills and expertise.
Thinking that I’d have to cut out certain foods and alcohol. The reality is that it’s all allowable, and I have been given advice and support, but I’ve made decisions organically with data and results after following Corey’s coaching.
The cost was part of it, but it’s an investment in my future health and longevity. I was also spending that much on alcoholic drinks or take-out food.
I would recommend the program one hundred per cent.

1Before joining the program, I felt constantly exhausted. I had very little reserve for any unforeseen circumstances. Due to tiredness, I comfort-ate and drank too much caffeine. I didn’t like how my clothes fit, and I was reluctant to spend money on new clothes to fit my expanding size.
I have lost 4.8kg over the last 16 weeks. I sleep at least 1 hour more daily, and my caffeine intake is down to 2 cups daily. I still eat chocolate and enjoy other sweet treats, but in better moderation. I have not had to buy new clothes, as the ones I have now fit better once more.
I feel fitter, stronger, healthier, and more rested. I have been greatly reminded of the importance of looking after myself to be more effective in all aspects of my life.
My biggest reservation before joining up with Corey was the cost. I tried to go it alone for a long time and made no progress. Having Corey’s expertise, guidance, and accountability has helped me get un-stuck, and I can honestly say that it has been money well spent.
I would definitely recommend the program. In fact, my husband and one of my closest friends have signed up as a result of my recommendation, and they are also seeing the results they desire.

Before the programme, I wasn’t confident in the gym at all; even classes were a bit scary for me.
I feel like I’ve actually achieved a lot, I now go gym on my own obviously still get days where I feel anxious, but I’ve just learnt that it’s normal to feel like that, but when I’m actually in there it’s fine like everyone is there for the same reason
Now I just feel loads more confident; even though I’ve not seen a massive difference in weight loss, I still feel more comfortable in my body as I know what I’m doing in the gym is working. But my main thing was to just be more confident rather than the weight loss so I am really happy where I’m at at the moment and for me the gym like really gives me a burst of happiness if I’m having a down day or whatever, if I go do a workout I always feel better after
My hesitations were just having the confidence to ask for help really, and the money side of it. It can seem like a lot of money but if it’s something you really want it’s 100% worth it in my opinion

Before I joined C Shift in Shape, I was happy and confident, but after joining, that happiness and confidence have grown massively, to the point that I am not at all self-conscious about hitting the gym and am more comfortable in my own body.
Since joining the programme, I have achieved a level of fitness that, due to my sedentary job for 18 months, I couldn’t have without the help of Corey and the programme. I have pushed myself to eat more conscientiously and push my body further, which has resulted in me lifting weights using muscles I didn’t even know I had!
I feel much more at ease with my body and am gaining muscle across the board, increasing my self-confidence and belief in myself when tackling physical challenges.
The main hesitation for me was the cost. I am a self-employed musician, and I know how expensive lessons/tutelage can be, but Corey reassured me of the gains I would see both physically and mentally before we started on our journey.

Before joining the program, I knew I wanted to get fitter, stronger, and feel slimmer, but I didn't know where to start and did h’t have the confidence or knowledge to know where to start.
In the last 4 months, I have increased my strength training massively: now, I am squatting 45kg, deadlifting 45kg, and shoulder pressing 9kg. I have lost 10cm off my waist, 8cm off my hips, and 5kgs.
I am feeling healthier, happier, fitter, and stronger. I now have much more confidence when approaching my gym workouts, nutrition, and lifestyle. I know how to balance the various elements of my life to be as healthy as possible. The biggest benefit from the program has been confidence and knowledge.
I didnt know if I would have the time to commit to a change in my routine, I was also unsure about what PT would look like, and how much it would cost. Corey taking the time to talk me through what the program would look like, our respective commitments, and what I would be paying for was incredibly helpful and reassuring.
100% would recommend this program to anyone who wants a holistic approach to their fitness and health. Corey's approach made me feel very supported and helped me develop the skills I need to make good choices for my health and fitness independently.

I joined Corey’s team after feeling unsupported by a previous coach. I have gone through numerous coaches / PTs in the past but never stuck with them or had the level of support I have now.
I have achieved better results with Corey in 4 months than I have in years with others. My confidence in the gym has improved, and I no longer feel the need to hide away in a corner. Whilst I still have a way to go on my fitness journey, I know I’ll get there with the help of Corey.

Before joining the program, I was pretty unhappy with myself, image-wise. I have achieved weight loss and inch loss. I feel much happier in my own skin now. I can now fit into many of my "old" clothes and have gone down in size in my work uniform. Before joining, I wasn't convinced that I'd achieve what I had without any face-to-face coaching, but I was able to still achieve everything wanted to.

I would recommend the programme. I started off very unhappy with my physical appearance. I was over 15 stone, and in just a short amount of time, I was under 14 stone.
I haven't been at this weight in a VERY long time. Just by changing a few things in my life, Corey has guided me on a very positive path. My relationship with food and alcohol has changed, and I am conscious about my diet and my regular exercise routine and I will carry that into my daily life.
My hesitations before joining were my budget and my lack of motivation. Finding the money to spend on yourself, if you can, is only a good thing.

I started training with Corey in April this year, I initially started with him because my sister had started PT in January, and was looking really good and I wanted to catch up.
This has been my first time with a PT, and Corey has not disappointed! I'm a person who can be hard on myself if I don't do 'enough', and Corey has taught me how to push where I can, allow myself grace where I can't do everything, and how to target the most important areas in busy weeks.
I have lost body fat, gained strength, and, most importantly, gained confidence in myself. I went to the beach yesterday and felt comfortable in my own skin (and in my bikini) without feeling the need to cover up. I'm not self-conscious of my photo being taken at the 'wrong' angle, and most importantly, I feel happy and healthy.
I've gone from struggling through one game of touch rugby in the winter, to being able to play 3 games back to back and I've even started at a proper rugby club because I know I have the strength and fitness to carry me through. goes here
